Digitivalva pulicariae

Klimesch, 1956472 / 19.010

Fairly common resident in wet woodland rides, commons and ditches where the foodplant occurs.

Pulicaria dysenterica or occasionally Eupatorium with larva feeding in the lower leaves in June/July making a brownish-white inflated blotch. Adults hibernate overwinter and come to light.

Recorded in 28 (20%) of 140 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1879.
Last Recorded in 2021.
